Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: January 2022

• Refund Eligibility:
  1. We offer no refunds on services purchased or deposits paid.

• Cancellation Policy:
  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that session without eligibility for a makeup session.

• Participant Substitution:
  1. If you are unable to attend a retreat/event, you may transfer your registration to another individual with at least 7 days' notice and notification to Life By Eight.
  2. In this instance, please email [email protected] with your name, contact details, retreat/event details, and the contact details of the person you wish to transfer your registration to.

• Event Cancellation:
  1. Life By Eight reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat/event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future event or offer a full refund. 

By engaging in our life coaching services or participating in our retreats/events, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy. Life By Eight reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
