1. Life Coaching Services

1.1 Payment Schedule

Coaching sessions must be paid for in advance of the scheduled sessionORA payment plan or finance option must be accepted and commenced prior to the first session.A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

1.3 Late Payments

If payment is not received prior to the scheduled session, Life By Eight reserves the right to postpone or cancel the session until payment is made.

2. Retreats and Trainings

2.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

2.2 Full Payment

Full payment is due7 days priorto the event start date.Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your spot.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details related to all coaching services, retreats, events, and trainings.

4. Invoicing and Direct Debit (EziDebit)

Invoices will be issued for all paid-in-full services and events, detailing the amount, due date, and payment instructions.If a Direct Debit agreement is used, payment details will be outlined in the service agreement via EziDebit.

5. Currency

All fees are quoted and payable in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to fees or payments will be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration.

7. Changes to Payment Policy

Life By Eight reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website.
